This year we will hold the Summer school from Friday the 17th till Sunday the 26th of July 2009. The theme of the school is prayer, fasting and evangelism.

We expect it to be a very special time! This year are Sidney (a pastor from Thailand) and Fabian Grech (USA) the main speakers.

Sidney is pastor in Thailand, the biggest Buddhist country in the world. God uses him in a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the province of Chiang Mai. Many people are familiar with the Transformation video’s wherein we see how whole communities are transformed by Gods manifest presence. The same thing is happening in the province of Chiang Mai where Sidney works. He leads the ministry work within the ‘Karen-tribe’.
There are 60,000 Karen in the province of Chiang Mai of which only 0,2% were Christians 15 years ago. Today this is 40%!!

The secret? PRAYER AND FASTING!

Sidney is an authority on the topics prayer and fasting. He is connected to the prayer ministries of Cindy Jacobs and Lou Engle.
He saw how fields, that were barren because of the sin of the nation, would give 10-fold of the usual harvest after constant prayer! Rivers filled with poison became crystal clear so that the fish returned because the Karen applied 2 Chron. 7:14 and God healed the land. In the meanwhile Sidney pioneered over 100 churches!
 
Sidney comes to teach on how a nation can be changed through prayer and fasting!

Fabian was a student at the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry in the midst of the Revival in Pensacola. Filled with the fire of the Revival and a heart for the lost Fabian is used by God to save people from the pit of hell. His ministry, through prayer and fasting and intimacy with God, is basically to go on the street and evangelize. Fabian sees many signs and wonders taking place on the streets (www.freedomtocaptives.com).
It is his heart to make known the testimony of Jesus to those who don’t know Him through evangelism and the demonstration of the Kingdom of God.

During the Summer school we will not only deal with the theory of these subjects but also bring them into practise!
We will hold an outreach with the whole school to a big city to do evangelism by street preaching, witnessing about Jesus. Fabian will be teaching about this and go before us in this.
 
We want to challenge all those who hunger and thirst for a transformation in our land to set apart 10 days to get equipped. It’s all about those fundamental topics that we used to consider as less important! You are called to bring about a change in our country. It will be a special time set apart for Him!
